Added:

1. Added full-stack test, from signup to first task entry
2. Added notification when a new version is available
3. Added welcome page that clearly directs users to /signup or /signin

Fixed:

1. Fixed tour vocabulary to say “Submit Time” if there is a backend and “Finalize Time” if there isn’t
2. Disabled task forwarding when disconnected b/c it can’t work properly when disconnected
3. Fixed unsubmitted link so it navigates back to the current user if you’re viewing someone else
4. Fixed bug where Task Sources pane wasn’t updating immediately when a new integration was added
